Major Milestone reached on the Parkes Terminal

Yesterday, the final slab pour was completed on TRA’s Parkes Terminal project.

Over 10,000 cubic metres of concrete have been poured to date, supplied locally from the Parkes Readymix business. Supporting local businesses has been a positive legacy for the project.

Substantial progress has also been made on internal roadways, drainage, electrical, lighting, firefighting services and rail related scope. The project continues to be advanced without any delay to the terminal’s daily operations.
