The scope of works for Peppertree included:

• Design, supply & construct 1.2km of new track for Balloon Loop
• Design, supply & construct 1.2km of new track to South Marulan Quarry & install 2 new turnouts
• Removal of 60 joints, weld and adjust track
• Installing lubricator and friction modifier locations
• Install “Armco” barrier ballast retaining walls at culvert
• Resurfacing

The scope of works for Medway included:

• Re-railing of 650m of track
• Reconditioning of 170m of track
• Design, supply and construction of 1.2km of track and associated drainage and earthworks
• Supply and construction of new 2 turnouts
• Removing and re-instate staff hut
• Installation of 4 x 2.4m span box culvert on both tracks to replace the existing timber bridge
• Removal of 30 x joints
• Weld and adjust track
• Install lubricators

The scope of works for Maldon included:

• Extend siding by 173m
• Re-railing through the proposed dump station
• Extend embankment by 95m to accommodate the new trackwork
• Construct new buffer stop
• Weld and adjust track
• Resurfacing
